ACS OR WA Annual Meeting 2024

Registration

  • Registration for the ASMBS bariatric surgery session Saturday Sept 14. Includes welcome reception on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Note, those attending Friday, Saturday and Sunday should register under the regular rates.
  • Registration, all dates, for NEW ACS Fellows either in 2023 or 2024. Oregon attendees, fees go toward dues for first year of membership in Oregon ACS. Guest registration includes meals for spouse/partner and guests. Children under 16 are free.
  • ACS Fellows who are not paid members of either the Oregon or Washington Chapters. Guest registration includes meals for spouse/partner, guests and children over 18, Children under 16 are free. Note: If you join the chapter ($175 annual dues) you can get the member rate.
  • Registration prior to August 16, 2024. For ACS Oregon Chapter members. Guest registration is for meals for spouse/partner, guests and children over 18 Kids under 18 free. Saves $100 over Regular registration.
  • Registration after August 16, 2024. For ACS Oregon Chapter members. Guests registration is for meals for spouse/partner, children under 16 are free.
  • For abstract presenters who attend just one day. NEW Invite a trainee colleague for free for one day!
  • Registration, all dates. Guest registration includes meals for spouse/partner, guests. Children under 16 are free. New policy: Guests of resident trainees are FREE! Bring a trainee colleague!
  • Guest registration includes meals for spouse and guests. Cildren under 16 are free.
  • For those who have complimentary registration fees such as panelists or speakers. Registration code required.
  • Registration prior to August 16, 2024. For ACS Washington Chapter members. Guest registration is for meals for spouse/partner and guests. Children under 16 are free. Saves $100 over regular registration starting August 1.
  • Registration AFTER August 16, 2024. For ACS Washington Chapter members. Guest registration is for meals for spouse/partner and guests. Children under 16 are free.

Join us at Skamania Lodge in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge!

For 2024, the meeting was moved to September and to the Columbia River Gorge. Skamania Lodge is just 45 minutes from Portland. You'll enjoy a great meeting facility as well as superb views of the Gorge. Skamania Lodge also offers many activities for guests, family members and children.  

Registration is open to ACS surgeons, residents and medical students. 

CURRENT REGISTRATION (Sept. 2) = 74 attendees, plus guests and exhibitors.

Registration Rates

ACS Fellows $450 (early bird rate ended Aug 16)

Retired members $300

Residents/medical students $200

New ACS Fellows $200;

Children under 16 are free.

ASMBS bariatric surgery session (Saturday) / one day rate $100.  

Note: Fully registered attendees may invite a trainee as a guest for free. This is possible due to support from our exhibitors. Please let us know if you will be bringing a trainee guest no later than September 6, 2024. Meal guarantees are due then. Email harvey@spiremanagement.com.
