The Oregon and Washington State Chapters of the American College of Surgeons would like to invite you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at the 19th annual Washington-Oregon American College of Surgeons Annual Meeting. This meeting is the largest gathering of surgeons in the Northwest each year. We anticipate approximately 100 surgeons from throughout Oregon and Washington to participate.
AGENDA
The meeting is a half day on Friday, full day on Saturday, and a half day on Sunday. There are 8 dedicated exhibit times at breakfast, mid-morning, lunch and afternoon.
MEETING ROOM
Exhibit tables will be skirted and located around the perimeter of the room. Meals and breaks will also be served in the room. Electric outlets will be provided. Move in is 7:00 am on Friday, Sept 13. Take down is after the final break Sunday morning.
