The Oregon and Washington State Chapters of the American College of Surgeons would like to invite you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at the 21st annual Washington-Oregon American College of Surgeons Annual Meeting. This meeting is the largest gathering of surgeons in the Northwest each year.
AGENDA
The meeting is a half day on Friday, full day on Saturday, and a half day on Sunday. There are 8 dedicated exhibit times at breakfast, mid-morning, lunch and afternoon.
Exhibit tables will be skirted and located around the perimeter of the room. Breaks will also be served in the exhibit room. Electric outlets will be provided. Move in is 7:00 am on Friday until noon. Take down is after the final break Sunday morning. For details see the agenda.
ATTENDEES
Attendance at the ACS Oregon-Washington annual meeting has been between 70 and 100 attendees. These attendees have typically represented major hospitals, health systems and universities in the Pacific Northwest including medical schools such as the University of Washington, Oregon Health and Sciences University, Virginia Mason University, Madigan Army Medical Center, and Washington State University. Roughly a third of the attendees are surgical residents and medical students, the others mostly ACS Fellows.
