GENERAL NFORMATION
The Oregon and Washington State Chapters of the American College of Surgeons would like to invite you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at the 21st annual Washington-Oregon American College of Surgeons Annual Meeting. This meeting is the largest gathering of surgeons in the Northwest each year. We anticipate approximately 80-100 surgeons from throughout Oregon and Washington to participate.
AGENDA
The meeting is a half day on Friday, full day on Saturday, and a half day on Sunday. There are 8 dedicated exhibit times at breakfast, mid-morning, lunch and afternoon.
MEETING ROOM
Exhibit tables will be skirted and located around the perimeter of the room. Breaks will also be served in the exhibit room. Electric outlets will be provided. Move in is 7:00 am on Friday. Take down is after the final break Sunday morning.

Best Western Plus Seaside has rooms held for attendees and exhibitors. Please book rooms through the hotel and mention the room block held under the ACS. Also, Seaside has many hotel options that are near by.

Note: the space allows for a total of 12 exhibit tables. Silver exhibitors have 8 spots and 4 spots are reserved for two Gold level exhibitors. In the event all gold levels are not sold, those will be made available for silver level exhibitors.
