Registration fees include meals, receptions and meeting related services. Prices are listed for spouses, guests and children. A Kids dinner and organized kid's events is available for the banquet on Saturday night.
CORONA Virus Statement: As of now we are still planning to hold the meeting. However, Oregon has just declared a state of emergency and individual institutions have implemented travel bans. The timeline of these precautions is currently not clear. As the date of the meeting draws closer, we will update this website with the latest information. In the event the date were changed, registrations would apply to that date. If it were cancelled, we will refund registration fees.

The educational activity has now been approved for 12.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Of the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ listed above, a maximum of 5.25 credits meet the requirements for Self-Assessment.

Below: attendees enjoy the Awards Banquet on Saturday night in the Historic Great Hall, Sunriver Resort. This building was constructed during World War II when Sunriver was known as Camp Abbott. The hall was used for officer's events, dances and other meetings.
